Really fun to re-read this as an adult - it’s obvious why I loved it as a kid。 Great plot， fantastic characters， hugely relatable （aside from the demi-god thing，） awesome comedic timing AND the plot twist gets ya。 This was an entertaining story to revisit and an easy， enjoyable read。 On to the next！

I love the book， it had great story progression， characters and loved how the greek mythology was used in the story。 I read this book twice now and even for the second time i was sucked back into the story and wanted to read more and more。 Great story。Excited to read the rest of the books。

i have quite literally been taken on an insane journey with 12 year olds who are doing more things in life in one summer than i have my entire existence。 and strangely enough， i feel more intensely about this book than i did when i first read it in middle school。。 probably bc i actually understand what’s going on。rick riordan， you are brilliant！ onto the next book
